From a conviction to an organization.
Together for You, Inc. began with a simple conviction: every young person deserves access to opportunity, and no one should have to navigate school, the justice system, or the path to work alone. That conviction became an organization in 2025.
We spent our founding year doing the quiet, essential work that lasting impact requires — listening to families, learning the gaps in existing services, and building relationships with the schools, clinicians, employers, and justice agencies whose partnership makes our model possible.
Today TFY is ready to grow that foundation into direct service: mentorship, mental health support, and career readiness for youth across three Maryland communities.
