We are building something new.

Together for You began with a simple conviction: every young person deserves to discover their strengths, strengthen their well-being, build meaningful relationships, and create positive change in their community. Too often, young people meet barriers instead of bridges.

So we set out to build something different — not a traditional mentoring program, but a connected youth development ecosystem where mentorship, wellness, leadership, school engagement, and career pathways work together.

We are developing partnerships, establishing our leadership, and creating the experiences and opportunities that help young people rise, lead, and thrive — with deep roots in our community and a vision built to scale.

Founder's Message

James Earl Hollywood III

Founder & Executive Director

Together for You was born out of both personal experience and a deep commitment to young people who deserve better systems of support. As a father, mentor, and community leader, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges youth and families face — and too often, they encounter barriers instead of bridges.

I founded Together for You to change that. Our work is built on the belief that real change begins when we walk alongside one another — offering not only services, but hope, guidance, and opportunity. My vision is to ensure every young person has the support they need to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

How we're built.

As a founding-stage organization, we're intentionally building a structure that balances strong leadership with authentic youth and community voice.
