The operational engine of a founding-stage nonprofit. The Project Director drives partnership development, day-to-day operations, and grant strategy — building the relationships, systems, and funding that let our programs grow. Ideal for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on wearing many hats and shaping an organization from the start.
A dual role at the heart of our direct service. You'll guide young people along personalized career pathways — coaching them and connecting them to training, education, and employment — while coordinating the day-to-day delivery of TFY programs: participant intake, scheduling, workshops, and partner logistics. Part coach, part coordinator, fully invested in youth outcomes.
Keep our finances sound and compliant. We're seeking a contract bookkeeper/accountant to manage payroll, reconcile accounts, and support nonprofit financial reporting — a flexible, remote-friendly engagement scaled to our needs.
