Programs & Services

Three pillars. One mission.

These are the focus areas our work is built around. As a founding-stage organization, we're developing programs within each pillar — always community-rooted and free to the youth and families we serve.

Pillar 01 — Mentorship

Mentorship & Leadership

At the heart of everything we do: pairing young people with caring, vetted mentors. Through sustained, trusting relationships, we help youth build confidence, accountability, and a genuine sense of belonging — the foundation everything else is built on.

Pillar 02 — Mental Health

Mental Health & Well-Being

We believe help-seeking should be normal and accessible. This pillar focuses on supporting the emotional well-being of young people and their families, and connecting them to trusted care when they need it.

Pillar 03 — Career Readiness

Career & Workforce Readiness

We help young people see — and reach — a future of opportunity. This pillar focuses on building the skills, confidence, and connections that help youth step into the workforce prepared.

A Fourth Focus — Family Support

Family Support & Justice Navigation

Young people don't grow up in isolation, and neither does our support. As we grow, we're building ways to stand alongside families navigating complex systems — keeping youth connected and on track.

  • Walking with families through school and justice systems
  • Advocacy and re-engagement support
  • Coordination with the people and agencies in a young person's life
  • Connecting caregivers to community resources
